We stayed at the hotel Chaithram because it was just about the only place in Thiruvananthapuram that had vacancies.As soon as we were shown the room it was obvious why they weren’t fully booked. The room was horrible.

We chose an air-conditioned room. It had two single beds, the mattresses were very thin and incredibly uncomfortable, and the rest of the furniture was very shabby.
